HDFC Preferred Group, But App Still Shows STANDARD – Any Idea Why?

Hi everyone,

I have added my Wife in my Preffered group along with my parents. The RM confirmed that each account has been added to the group. But in the HDFC Mobile App, wife status still shows as STANDARD instead of PREFERRED.

But parents app updated with PREFERRED.

Has anyone faced a similar situation? How long does it usually take for the app to reflect the Preferred status? Could there be any reason for this delay?

Would appreciate your inputs.
