HDFC pre approved offer LTF or not?? Confusion

GTSaketh

TF Premier
Few months ago I used to get DCP LTF pre-approved offer emails and when I actually enter my phone number and check them HDFC website it used to show as Lifetime Free Card. But I was waiting for Millennia LTF offer, so i ignored it.

I got an email my offers has been refreshed recently and on checking pre approved offers, I got millennia as Paid. So i was gonna ignore and wait for LTF offer. But I am keep getting Lifetime Offers emails (Attached Below).

Usually Like last time I got DCP LTF offers, when checking it through these links from emails it used to show as Lifetime Free Card. But here even after checking through email link it's showing as Paid. 1000055304.webp
So i escalated it to HDFC cc team and this is response I got:
1000055300.webp
So, should I risk applying to it even though it's shows as Paid as told by escalation team or wait for it to actually show as Lifetime Free Card in future offers?

So customerservices.cards@hdfcbank.com?

or should i make a complaint/send email from directly HDFC website?

(Also i don't know hindi 😅 so i don't know what you guys talking about)
Oh sorry, well he said to send to grievance instead of level 1 as you might expect pathetic response.

And I said we don't care if we get a response from level 1 or grievance, next email would be for PNO anyway.

Coming back to your post, you can send email to that one and perhaps do BCC to grievance as well. So you can get 2 response.

Trick to get it LTF New
Only if I had read this post before.

Actually HDFC has 3 different links for CC application. The link in email sometimes takes to Zero Fee i.e LTF address and other times it processes as normal application which has paid charges.

You can't get LTF until unless fee is shown as Zero.

Only through netbanking or HDFC app link which pop up Rs.0 Free credit card, if you go to that link all 3 cards show LTF with zero fee.

My friend waited just like you. Through email whenever he went to link, he was shown charges. But later with zero fee link Millennia CC also shown 0 and Moneyback+.

He had 3 options DCP, Moneyback+ and Millennia. From email link DCP was 0 but other two were having fee. After my suggestion he went for link at Netbanking which shown a different address and all were 0.

@desiviru Bro, is it always like that? Or may vary? Hope someone in similar situation can confirm. Thanks for the updates.

Since very long time it is same. People often don't check the whole link address which has pre-approved i.e PACC written, sometimes No Conditions written and sometimes normal link for everyone. System keep sending different links in email. Only reading full address let you know what it is.

These days following is written sometimes in address, CC-ACQ-UNCONDITIONALLTF
