Im on the old NetBanking app, it sometimes crashes without even going till login screen. Have to uninstall and reinstall each time, even clear data doesn't work.
Tried reasoning with Preferred Banking Customer care but they just give response deadline of a fortnight and then say I have logged in recently. Duh, I reinstalled but this problem keeps occuring like every month. I asked them to add me to early access app and that too fell on deaf ears.
Thought it could be just my problem but then saw a review on Play Store with same issue. Has anyone experienced this issue and found any solution/workaround?
