Hdfc InterMiles reward point related query.

Today i received my statement in which i earned 468 points. But only 120 got transferred to InterMiles which also I have not received yet. So can anyone explain me why i only received 120 points not 468 points. I am attaching screenshot please check for more clarification

you have earned 468 points,
184 deducted maybe for refund..
Remaining points balance= 284
they have transferred 120 points to InterMiles ac and you have 164 points balance in your card, they are holding 164, call customer service and ask reason

Here for refund you're talking about the product which is purchased and returned right? Okay I mailed them regarding this I'll also call them
