Is the Club Marriot membership valid even after 1year of the Infinia card holding?(I meant is it yearly renewed)

I understand that 1st year of the Infinia card we get the discounted voucher but I am talking about the Club Marriot membership

As for us Infinia, this is true as the discount coupons come in the 1st year.

You can renew your membership by making Re 1 payment on Club Marriott Portal, and it will start reflecting in the app.

I have just renewed it today, and it allowed me to make payment using my Infinia card, and my membership is renewed.

Yes that's correct.

But the discounted certificate you get it only in the 1st year of the card obtained time.

I have not yet received the email/sms link for the Marriott membership. Do we activate the membership using such a link? If yes, can we activate the Marriott membership (of 1 year) whenever before 12 months of card issuance?
