Does anyone aware of a way to escalate things in HDFC home loans?

My disbursement is stuck and noone is replying to my emails. I have raised a complaint at https://www.hdfc.com/grievance-redressal, but i did not get any reply even from here. As the merger of their internal systems is still not complete my RM on the bank side is also not able to find people to escalate things.

It's better to contact the branch manager from the branch where you opened the home loan.

Update for anyone who might face the same situation.

I was also in need of a top up loan and informed my RM the same. He shared this with a sales manager that he knows. I talked to that guy about this stuck disbursement and he gave me the email ID of the branch manager. Once I looped-in the branch manager, I got the proper response within the same day.

Another way suggested by my RM was to loop-in the sales executive who take care of our loan application. I talked to mine and he was ready to help and asked me to add him to the mail chain.
