HDFC Diners Club Privilege Credit Card Annual Fee reduced

Today, by chance visited the diners club privilege pag on hdfc website. Saw the annual fee as ₹1000.

“Joining/ Renewal Membership Fee – Rs. 1000/- + Applicable Taxes. (revised fees is effective from 13th November 2024 onwards)”

So I checked the MITC, it is also showing ₹1000.
Previously it was ₹2500.

Bumping this thread to mention that I also have DCP LTF. This card used to have 1.99% Forex Markup charges, but now it only have the regular 3.5% Forex...

Many people are also reporting that they are not being able to access the lounges even after spending 15K in the past quarter. I am using this card since long time now & also have a Preferred Savings account with FD but Im not getting any card upgrade offers & my RM also sayng there is no offer on my account even after high card usage.

This card has became pretty useless for me now... Only using in in sale period offers on e-Commerce sites & that's it...

Post fee decrease definitely features have taken a hit. Expecting upgrade post spending with HDFC is mostly a one way street with HDFC being at advantage. At what spend levels you have been using the card under a duration?

Are you sure about the lounge access thing? I was planning to use this card for lounge access this week for an international trip.
