Hey guys. I have a HDFC cc, I have noticed that I don't receive any otp for transactions on my email apart for Amazon. Anyone facing the same? What's the solution, will call Customer care anyway though.

Hey guys. I raised a request on 20th Dec for the same and they still haven't been able to solve. My last communication was on 29th saying that give us time till 4th Jan and today got an email saying wait till 9th Jan. It feels really stupid. Can I raise it to someone higher up? If yes then please let me know the best coarse of action. Thanks guys!

for me o recieve otp along with transaction confirmation.

I mean when i complete the transaction then i recieve otp mail.
Then in just 30 second i get transaction details. So otp mail i do recieve but it is useless.
Strange but many times i need mail otp at night when i put my phone on flight mode and relying on wifi and mail otp.

I see. Well, Hdfc gotta do something about this. This is utter stupidity. Especially cause initially they said that no otp on email, and only otp for intl txn. The payment page literally says that otp sent to email & RMN, I am not stupid.

The PNO got back to me saying issue solved whereas it's not solved. How to go about this now? ****ing idiocracy going on. Pura bank phook raha hai. Everyone is Aryan khan at Hdfc.

I have started receiving OTP on email since I have got Infinia Metal. Though I don't get OTP for my Neu Infinity cc but I do get for my Infinia and that's all I want for my international trips😂

Same here. Infinia metal but not getting otp for the same. If this continues, I am gonna ask as LTF for compensation for the headaches with Cust care

Noticed another thing. Earlier even though the otp wasn't coming to email, the txn page would say that it's been sent to the RMN and email ID. Now every transaction it shows sent to RMN only. It doesn't mention sent to email ID. I think these idiots removed the email ID from the database or something

When you say 3 OTP's I hope you mean that you receive them at 3 places and not like 3 different OTPs altogether 🤣🤣
