Hdfc bizblack tracking error orr

I applied for hdfc biz black offline one month ago,few days back it showed that card is declined,then i lost my hope of getting the card,then yesterday i got a call from hdfc customer care that your card is approved and you will get card in three days, But still card tracking showing declined and I didn't got any mails or messages
Is it a error or is my card approved hopefully
