Hdfc - Bank Realisation Certificate (BRC)

Hi,

Anyone has any experience on how to get Bank Realisation Certificate (BRC) from HDFC after export realisation. Is it totally online via their portals - enet/trade on net or do we need to go to bank?

Please advise if anyone has experience.

Problem is they don't know these details. From what I was told, there are only few people who know all these.
