Got magnus approved, card not dispached.

Date: 17 mar 2023: Applied for magnus via C2C ( Regalia existing limit 623k)
18 mar 2023: got approved SMS
21 march: Got tracker updated as card printed, will dispatch soon.
No update from there on.
Got SMS on 25th March:
Dear Customer, we wish to apprise you of a delay in the dispatch of your approved Axis Bank Credit Card due to a technical glitch. Dispatch details will be shared with you shortly. We regret any inconvenience caused.

Same issue. Seems like a lot of people are facing the exact same issue. I am waiting for the dispatch since Tuesday and on Friday I received the same message about card getting delayed.

Maybe they might have a shortage of metal to print the card on bit just blaming it on technical difficulties

According to the tracker and their support team, the card has been printed and is waiting to be shipped. I wonder if they are having some issues with bluedart.

Update: Recieved Magnus Card today. Just in 2 days.

my magnus application is stuck in 1st step itself after physical KYC since 2 week .. anything can be done ? which customer care of axis to contact and what number ,,, can I escalate it ?
