Hello,

A friend of mine need a way to optimise monthly fuel spend of 3L. Need atleast 1-2% Cashback.
What's the easiest and most rewarding way spend the same?

Not personal usage - Commercial transport business.

Ask him to check for Park+ app, they might have some discounts for the commercial users. else opt for Petro Cards or fuel retailers apps, they offer some points for every transaction done.
