Flipkart Refusing to Honor SuperCoins Cashback – Guidance Needed

Hi Everyone,

I had placed an order for luggage on Flipkart because they were running an offer of 100% SuperCoins cashback on that product. As per their own terms, the SuperCoins were supposed to be credited after the return period was over.

However, once the return period was completed and I did not receive the SuperCoins, I reached out to Flipkart customer support. To my shock, they responded saying it was a "mistake" on their end and that they would not honor the offer.

They were extremely rude in their communication.

They closed all my tickets without proper resolution.

I have email proof of the offer and my communication with them.


I even raised the matter with the Consumer Court portal, but surprisingly, they also closed my ticket without offering any real help.

This feels like a clear case of misleading advertisement and unfair trade practice.

They routinely do this fraud with a huge number of people. 100% coinback is a fraud program (Supercoins NOT GIVEN) and earned Supercoins also are a fraud expiring whenever they wish.

It does not do anything, they will post generic reply and close the issue from their end.
