Flipkart evoucher not received

Received a message from Flipkart screen shot enclosed . So far evoucher for 500 not received. Flipkart customer care does not looking the message simply saying your cash back for this transaction will be credited on next statement

fulfilment time usually 60 days from offer end date. check once, if already passed complain

check tnc for when it is supposed to be credited. send them email after that date
