Flipkart Axis showing annual fee on lifetime free card

I get this page when I open Rewards and Benefits page, I get this option. I have attcahed both pages screenshot. I am pretty sure I have lifetime free card and have been using this for 3 years. How can I verify if it's lifetime free or not?

Is Flipkart showing the cashback amount on checkout page or it stopped showing the cb amount now.

same with me. My Axis flipkart Credit card also LTF at the time of application. Now it is showing fee waiver rule like yours. I have email mentioning Zero annual fee mentioned during application time. Dont know whats wrong with axis

No my myzone axis shows nothing like this but ,iocl & previlgae shows this milestone thing

Not to worry it'll be shown to everyone, but better check with bank once again.
If you don't have any email confirmation yet you can also try checking old messages or old email where they would have mentioned it is having zero cost
