I have fk axis cc.i want to change registered ph no .i cant change it via axis mobile app.any other process for changing phone no.??

Call customer care i.e. number is there at back portion of card, they will do it and might take 3 working days time to update

Axis does provide option to change mobile number from their app. What kind of issue are you facing?
