File complain for Rupay CC Txn Cashback

Rupay was running an offer in March at Reliance Digital for 10%CB on UPI via Rupay Cards (screenshot attached). As per T&C, CB was to be awarded within 30 days. I am yet to receive the cashback inspite of being perfectly eligible.

Raising a complaint on Twitter yields to response. Submitting complaint through NPCI portal throws error.

What are the options which I have to get my CB?

Which bank card?
You should approach that particular bank with that offer details... Cashback would credit by banks not by Npci i guess...
