My Fi account (Prime) was imposed with credit freeze due to unusual activity and I was asked for some details like salary, company name, recent payslip and bank statement.
DId anyone has gone through the same before and overcome this freeze? Please share your experience & the end action taken.
I was in same situation and they asked for income proof...and i don't have one...they said they can't unfreeze, customer can close the account and i have closed the account as they said...thats all
