Seems that.. for closing the account.. we have to visit branch and online closure is not possible..

Opened the account through Niyo App without bank branch visit.
Now for closure need to visit branch 😭

not needed to close ypur account , there are nil charges for nil balance maintenance .

They may introduce some fees in future and we might not notice it..
and this account is useless without the Zero Forex Card..

So, I find no point in keeping this account..
