It seems cities including Delhi are there. Only specific cities are mentioned where ITR of more than 5 lakh is required for self-employed persons. One good part seems to be, they are giving reward points for tax transactions, but max capping for 5x is 1000 points meaning tax payments only up to Rs, 30000 / - will earn reward points for Elegance. (still not bad as compared to no rewards). The only contrast thing is they are saying no reward points for govt transactions, but giving points for tax payments. May be good for Tax and utility payment perspective. Although rewards are capped, they seem to be sufficient from common user perspective.

How much is the value of one point? I didn't fully read the T&Cs.
