Double refund flipkart

In April 2024, I ordered an AC from Flipkart using emi credit card, but it was never delivered. After numrous call for delivering ac , they refunded amuont in bank (June 2024) but it was too late i already had to pay 10k down payment and 3k emi of that month for a product that didn't delivered and after some time they did it twice in credit card (August 2024) and not informed me Now, 10 months later, they claim it’s a double refund and demand repayment. This is unfair—non-delivery caused too much stress in peak summer EMI losses as i had to pay beacuse bill get generated and no AC in summer. I spent the refund on another AC, assuming it was compensation. Anyone faced a Flipkart double refund issue? Advice needed!

Considering a double refund as compensation was your mistake.
Legally and ethically, you are bound to repay the amount.
You can definitely ask for compensation, but not this way. 😅
Negotiate with them and return the amount.
