Does Having Too many credit cards and a high DTI ratio impact Home loan sanctioned Amounts?

I am going to take a Home Loan later this year and I have 16 Active Credit cards. Some of them I don't use but I am keeping them for BBD sale offers.I have a DTI ratio of 3.6x, Does Having Too many credit cards and a high DTI ratio impact Home loan-sanctioned Amounts?
