Do Turkish airlines give free cancellation or date change facilities for international flights?

Hi, I heard that United airlines provide a free cancellation and date change facility if done within 31 days from the date of travel, but not sure about others like Turkish airlines.

No, they charges 70USD per passenger for date changes as well as cancellation.
