I tried paying on the decathalon app through an axis grab deal voucher . The payment failed and the refund has not been processed since 2 weeks .
Woohoo the voucher provider confirmed from their end of the transaction being done to decathalon which I shared with decathalon's customer care .. still they have been only delaying in the name of matter being investigated by the appropriate team . I do not understand why the fuss on payment refund ?
Are their any escalation channels available for decathalon . Currently I have been continously writting to Decathlon Support <care.india@decathlon.com> .
Their helpline is even worse . I plan to visit their showroom this weekend to discuss the same , though I am not much hopeful .
