Current vs Savings account from a Pre-approved CC perspective?

Considering someone self employed or business owner, someone with a choice of the account type as their primary account (Aside from the number of transactions, etc) What account type would get better/faster pre-approved CCs?

Also, any banks better than others in this regard? - Have seen that IndusInd and HDFC being the 2 best for this from what I've researched and read on this forum
