Check your email they give Upgrade Offers to Legend or Rupay UPI Cards regularly.
Last year July month I got the Aura Edge Card with 30K limit not used the card once after receiving it requested LE by submitting my Salary slip on Jan 2024 & also requested for upgrade to Rupay upi card. The limit was increased to 1L but the upgrade request was rejected. Last March got both the cards under the upgrade offer email Legend & Rupay UPI. I chose the Legend card was generated instantly. Then after few days the Aura Edge card disappeared from the mobile app.
By the way, I never used my Aura Edge card Once. So, without spending a dime also you can get Legend card offer.
