Credit Card Bill pay, HDFC Portal

I have been trying to add ICICI HP Rupey card for bill payment on HDFC Portal i.e. through easy shop Platinum card , but it's always showing invalid authenticator, both on app as well as website. Any ideas

Raise a ticket with HDFC. They will assist in 24 hrs..
