Closure of Legend card

Hi i would like to close my legend card . I tried their call but ivr options to connect with an agent , and is not available . Please help with the ivr flow or any other means for quick closure

Send email with credit card closure request and mention your registered mobile number, name along with last 4 digit of card on this email.

After email, they will reply on their time, which can't be predicted. Once they reply and take request, it will close in 7-10 working days.
