I have a duplicate enquiry of credit card from HDFC Bank. I mailed them with a credit report downloaded from SBI Home loan website. They are asking for official CIBIL report from their site. Is there any way I can get it for free? HDFC and yes bank both sites aren't working as well

Just put in a simple mail with credit report. Nothing fancy in the mail
