Charges for Cash Withdrawl on Axis Reserve (& repaying after 1 billing cycle)

I have a query regarding cash withdrawl on Axis Reserve credit card.

Say the billing cycle is 18th of every month and I withdraw 1.5 lakhs cash using Axis Reserve credit card on 20th of January and repay it by 15th February, what would be the charges involved?

I have a similar query regarding IDFC cards. In case of Axis I think they charge the interest from the day you withdraw the money while in IDFC they will only charge interest after statement is generated?

Yes for IDFC there is no interest charge if you pay before bill. I think 1 time withdrawal charge of 199+GST
