Cashback on HDFC platinum debit card

I made a payment of 75k to my amex credit card via bill pay on 15th March. But my points are showing as 0. Does anyone know when I will get the points or am I doing it in the wrong way?

ps: my debit is yet to be activated from ATM.

Are you sure you paid bill using Debit card only and not by savings account balance?

I'm like 💯 sure you need to activate from debit card machine and then in bill and payment you need to select debit card cause in debit card transaction need to activate for domestic usage which can't be available before setting up a pin
