Card blocked for further use at verified by visa merchants

I am facing this issue since 3-4 days , I tried to do payment 5 days ago even after entering the correctOTP the transaction was failing , called the customer care they asked me to wait for a day. but no use .4-5 days passed.. still the same what to do, any idea??

If still issue continues replace the card.

At most they'll charge ₹100+gst.
You have to raise a request via email to customer support

Try to use forget password or regrister for VbV link again.
This might solve the issue.
Or just replace your card.

I faced same issue with rbl sig+ dc. Where I get 3 attempt OTP at once I don't know which one to enter and card blocked and shows same page in payment gateway.

I contacted there phone banking but they have no idea and asked to try after few days. No resolution from there end.

Then I contacted rbl email support and shared required screenshot with them explained why it happened and facing same issue.

Within 2 days for dropping mail. I got call from them and said they will forward to backend team for resolution. Within 2~3 hours this issue has been fixed.
