I recharged my Rupay NCMC card with 400/- on the Canara Ai1 app and I can see that the transaction is successful on the app.
It shows the loaded balance is updated to Rs. 400.
However, when I try to use this card on the metro station, it says no balance.
I did the balance claim transaction and it says "Go to Customer Care, Bank Response Code 05".
BMRCL guys have no idea and requested to visit the Bank.
Bank guys also have no idea.
How do I get this back? TIA
