as ICICI has raised it's basic debit card fee can we cancel debit card and run ICICI savings account without debit card as now days I hardly need ATM card to withdraw money??

The offer has been fulfilled by the bank/company.
No you can't run icici savings account without debit card on long run.
But on short run you can continue using savings account without debit card until you uninstall the imobile application
