My dad recently got a BOBCARD credit card, which offers him a 6-month FITPASS membership. But BOBCARD hasn't sent him any voucher code. In the instructions which came with the card, they've asked to create a FITPASS account first, followed by authenticating it with the BOBCARD CC.
Since my dad won't use it, any idea if it can be passed onto anybody else (Preferably my sibling)? Or it has to belong to the same name and mobile number as the cardholder?
