My friends is unable to buy products in EMI using his BPCL SBI Rupay Card.

Has anyone changed his SBI Card network from Rupay to VISA/mastercard, If yes, then please let me know the process?

If ur friend dont want fuel benefits then some IRCTC card there in SBI he/she can flip, which will go for all offers plus no surcharge for train tickets.
