BOB Portal: Recent Transactions

Hi All,
Is it just me or you guyz are also fed up with the worst ever UI by any bank?
Context: some UPI transactions got declined for my BOB card, and i am unable to see any (literally any) transaction on the web portal for BOB Financial. There is a section called unsettled transaction, but it doesn't show any data (some unsettled transactions went through smoothly, but even that is not shown)
