If you can spend 20k every month and has eligibility criteria - SC Ultimate

They charge 4.13% - refund cashback of 1.5% + reward rate 3.33% = 0.67% return.

Intl. Lounge: 1 per month if previous month 20k

Eterna:

Forex fee 2.36% - reward rate 3.75% = 1.4%

Intl. Lounge: 0

Other options: DCB, IndusInd Vistara, Regalia, AU Zenith

Elite: Not worth interms of rewards, IMO.

Forex Fee: 2.36% - reward rate 0.5% = -1.8%
Is the forex fee with the gst charges too

Magnus has a markup fee of 2% + GST. If you are into the milez game, you can more than make up for it.

+ Unlimited International Lounge access.
If you can afford Reserve, then go for it (reduced markup of 1.5% + GST and 2X points)

I use the Fi debit card for transactions in foreign currencies. At the time I applied, they claimed there was no charge from their end. You can research this card. No idea about the lounge facilities they are offering.
