Beware: bogo on BMS on hsbc credit card gets used up without transacting

hi friends,

i had experienced this a long time back and i think it is still the case:

hsbc credit card has bogo offer on bookmyshow which is applicable only on Saturday.

if you apply the offer and enter the credit card number, you will see a message that you have got bogo offer.
now if you click back button, or abort the transaction, your coupon shows exhausted and that you have already used up the offer.
i am not talking about aborting the transaction on otp page, i am talking about bms app booking page only.
in case you want to change seats, date, etc once you enter your card details, your offer is gone.

me and my friends have lost many such coupons on this card.

sometimes, it does not get refreshed instantly.
have you tried again after waiting for 20 minutes?
