Axis given me credit limit increase 2nd time in last 30 days

Axis offered me limit increase on 7th April from 1.23L to 1.68L.
Today again they offered me limit increase to 1.83L
I am wondering if this is because I have activated my new credit cards from yes bank and zomato RBL.
