Hi,
Axis bank just rejected my Atlas application & I’m shocked! I’ve a credit score of 802, income way above the minimum income needed for Atlas card.
How do I know the reason for rejection & can I reapply?
Also, is there a better card in the same category for miles?

For travel atlas is the gem currently
Call cc or check with the local agent for rejection code

Hi, i have a query. Applied for axis atlas and agent came for KYC.
Did everything. He uploaded the itr forms and got rejected that unmasked aadhar was there. I am damn sure he Masked the aadhar number before uploading them.
Waited 1 more month.. Tried again. This time I only Masked the aadhar number and the agent who came for KYC did the whole process and got rejected again saying same reason.

Is there a problem with axis or is it something else.

I have the income requirement and a good credit score.
