I have had applied within 7 days of rejection and approved 2nd time.

How? As sprint auto fetches the previous application and it doesnot allow for a fresh application immediately. How did you apply the second time?

My first application got rejected due to sales department has wrong information. As per their system I had 3 cards but I had only one card that time which is confirmed by customer care.
If you are going to apply immediately then do apply with another number.

Even if you got card 5 days ago and applied new, still you have to v-kyc.

First use same, if rejected then apply after a week with another.

Just applied it through sprint and it only asked for kyc through digilocker, it didn't prompt me for vkyc through video call
