Applying a new card through cibil app

I have cibil subscription and use its app.

Seen the offers section that has credit card and loan offers.
Is it more helpful to apply via this app compared to others like direct application or other 3rd party apps like bankbazar , paisabazar.

Anyone tried it ? And why is only sbi cards in it ?
