Any alternative of HDFC DC Fuel Tap and Pay offer which is over on 30th Sept

Does HDFC launch any new offer related to this?
I have found one offer but not sure about it. Will this following offer works with fuel payments? Also we can do any other in store payment too to claim this offer.

Bhai I am so unlucky. On 30th I did this tap and pay using my debit card at a National Highway petrol pump, but in my statement the merchant was identified as normal auto shop not as fuel station (No surcharge was applied too). And thus I missed 100 cashback.

But I think there is no surcharge on debit card. Only Credit card.
But yes I heard this happens because MCC is something else for that petrol shop.
