Amex sending mail after rejecting limit increase 🤣🥲

Today when i woke up i got a mail from amex I wonder what was it about i opened it and it said they regret to inform you that they are unable to increase your credit limit thing is its been quite some time where i asked for limit increase did anyone else also got this?
They didn’t had to rub this in 🥲

Yes I understand it is unnecessary. I think I read they send rejection reason too via physical mail but also this is due to some RBI regulation. Unfortunately don't have reference handy for the same.
