I got approved for smart earn card 7 days ago and received the same ..but I want to get mrcc as well ..could you please help me ?

For the same card 90 days, other cards you can apply

I applied for a platinum travel card and they rejected bcz of a serviceable address issue. I updated my aadhaar and reapplied within 7 days got approved

yes the lady on the KYC call confirmed, if the application in hold then you have to wait otherwise you can apply no such cooling period.
In that case, reason for rejection also plays a role in cooling period
