I received an email saying the Amex PAYBACK card is being discontinued from 31 Aug.. if anyone reached out to their customer service are they offering any other card from their portfolio as replacement..

Yeah.. Received the same email for one of the family member's account. I have told them to push for free or discounted price for new card (MRCC or Platinum Travel).
