Amex in Petrol Pump acceptance and surcharge?

Hi!
Please share your experience of amex card usage in IOC, HP & BP petrol pump ....
accepted in all pumps?
any specific bank/co pos machine it was not working on?
if surcharge was applied or not?
how much surcharge?
gst was added to that surcharge?
any other point.....

I live in bangalore, no acceptance issues. If paid in HP no charges but 1% + gst in other bunks minimum 10rs + gst
