Source i.e yatra voucher codes if you cancel the tickets.
If you want to travel, its better you go ahead and choose any flight you want (check on vistara website origin and destination flights available including connecting flights of any cost )

In my experience, you can't get refunds back to vouchers. Once redeemed, they are void. Mostly likely, you will be offered credit shells for your cancelled pnr. I think you should take the next flight and ask for some compensation for your troubles.

generally getting a different flight is a better option if the flight prices have also increased. Pick a flight that suits your time, amount doesn't matter.
Usually, they don't give compensation if they've informed in advance, still you can try for comp or hotel stay.
