To extend the validity of Maharaia Points for 24 months from the date of travel, is it sufficient for only the family head to travel, or must each family member also travel individually to extend the validity of their transferred points (100:0) within the family head's account?

Based on the official program rules, since the points from all members are unified into the Family Head’s account, only the Family Head’s activity matters for expiry extension. When the Family Head flies on a paid Air India flight, the expiry of all points currently held in that account (i.e., the pooled balance) is extended by another 24 months. So only the Family Head needs to fly to reset the expiry of the pooled points.

100:0.. ? what is that?
In a 100:0 Family Pool, 100% of the existing and future points of all family members are automatically transferred into the Family Head’s Maharaja Club account. Once pooled, those points reside entirely in the Family Head’s account. Family members do not maintain separate, usable balances post-transfer.
